Seems as though he wanted to leave in the summer when everyone was blowing smoke up his arse over the Euros.
I presume THEN he was thinking about a Champions League team .... but a few months later it was Marseille or nothing.
If someone had come in and offered £50m in the summer I wonder what we would have done.
